How to Submit an Event

If you have an event that you would like to amplify to the Fox Center community, you can submit a request to have it posted on the Fox Center Events Calendar. Events will be reviewed, and approved events will be posted on our website, within 2-3 business days of submission. Submit your event here.

Guidelines:

  • All content must be relevant to the Fox Center's mission of fostering humanistic inquiry at Emory and the Atlanta-area
  • Submitters do not have to be affiliated with Emory and events do not have to take place on Emory's campus.
  • Events must be submitted at least 3 weeks before the event date to ensure that your event is posted and shared in a timely manner.
  • Approved events will also be shared in the Fox Center email newsletter, which is generally released at the beginning of each month of the academic year. 
  • Approved events will also be included in a social media "roundup post" during the first week of the month on Fox Center social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and Bluesky). 
  • If you would like to inquire about co-sponsorship for your event, please email Director Carla Freeman and cc Associate Director Mae Velloso-Lyons.
