Shiv Datt SharmaGraduate Teaching Assistant, Undergraduate Research Fellowship Program

Shiv Datt Sharma is a PhD student in Emory University's Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies program and he serves as the Teaching Assistant for the Fox Center's Undergraduate Fellows Program. His work is situated at the intersections of feminist/queer theory, film theory, postcolonial cultural studies, and psychoanalytic criticism. Shiv has an MA in Historical Studies from The New School and was awarded a Fulbright scholarship (2018). His latest publications include: "Provincializing Trans Studies" (TSQ, 2023).
