Tim Barouch is Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies at Georgia State University.

He is the author of The Child Before the Court: Citizenship, Law, and theConstitution (Alabama, 2021).

His Fox Center project analyzes the public communication campaigns of whistleblowers, with particular attention to the Cambridge Analytica data privacy scandal. This work is part of a larger study of contemporary whistleblowing, which argues that justifications for the practice embed implicit critiques of liberalism and nascent theories of democratic action. He teaches courses in rhetorical criticism, public and legal argument, and propaganda and conspiracy discourse.
